Abstract

What is the experience of migrant healthcare workers? How might this change following Brexit?

This editorial explores the vital contributions of the migrant healthcare workers as the Architects of the NHS and recommends that it is critical to acknowledge their contribution and enhance their experience in post-Brexit Britain, for the survival of NHS as an exemplar healthcare service.
